Gov., friend had a lot to text about

Gov. Jim Gibbons, who is estranged from his wife, used his state cellphone to send more than 850 text messages in one month last year to a woman he says is a friend, the Reno Gazette-Journal reported.
That cost the state $130, according to documents obtained by the newspaper.
The governor’s spokesman said Gibbons had reimbursed the state.
