Ginobili picks up the slack for Spurs

SAN ANTONIO — Manu Ginobili scored 36 points and the San Antonio Spurs beat the Toronto Raptors, 131-124, Monday night.
The Spurs played without Tim Duncan and Tony Parker, who are nursing ankle injuries. They are listed as day to day.
Ginobili made four three-point baskets in the fourth quarter.
Richard Jefferson had 24 points and George Hill had 22 for the Spurs.
Chris Bosh had 32 points and nine rebounds for the Raptors, who gave up more than 125 points for the third time this season.
