GI Bill: An article in Section A on Sept. 25 about military veterans having to wait for education benefits under a new GI Bill said that Amber Oberg was a month into her first semester at UC Davis. Oberg began summer classes in early August, and is continuing with fall classes at UC Davis, which is on the quarter system.
