Park on Fremont
This spring, the 5,000-square-foot gastropub Park on Fremont made its downtown Las Vegas debut. The rustic interior is adorned with leather booths, wood floors, a jukebox spinning 45s and an art collection featuring works by Mark Mothersbaugh, the frontman for ’80s new wave band Devo. Outside, the flower-wrapped patio features “adult” games like hopscotch, oversized Jenga and a seesaw. The menu offers upscale bar fare including grilled cheese with brie on brioche, burgers stuffed with gorgonzola and sautéed mushrooms, and 100 beers from around the globe.
