The hip Asian dining scene meets the hip Vegas night life scene at Andrea’s, one of the latest fusion concepts to hit Sin City. With a (not so) secret entrance to Encore’s Surrender nightclub next door, Andrea’s boasts what it calls “vibe dining”: a background of tunes spun by a so-called musical chef. The sharable Asian-inspired menu is ideal for groups, with dishes such as crispy crab and scallop, truffled ponzu rock shrimp tempura and Wagyu sliders. See and be seen in the step-up dining area, and at 11 p.m., when the restaurant morphs into a lounge, get ready to party.
