Eric Gordon, the former first-round pick of the L.A. Clippers now with the New Orleans Pelicans, has sold his town house in Playa Vista for $897,000.
The trip-plex residence, found in proximity to the Clippers training facility, features a loft-style floor plan with raised ceilings, exposed air ducts and hardwood flooring. The 2,050 square feet of living space contains an updated kitchen, a living room, two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.
A large lounge and patio spaces sit off of the second floor. The top-floor master suite sports a large walk-in closet and a private balcony with a fireplace.
Community amenities include a gym, pool and various recreational areas.
The 25-year-old shooting guard was a major chip in the trade package sent by Los Angeles to New Orleans – then named the Hornets – for All-Star point guard Chris Paul in 2011. He is averaging 9.5 ppg and 2.0 apg through 12 games for the Pelicans this season.
Gordon paid $755,000 for the residence in 2008, records show. Joshua Goldstein of Nourmand & Associates was the listing agent. Loni Wiener of Rodeo Realty in Brentwood represented the buyer in the sale.
