Denver Nuggets head coach Michael Malone has sold his home in Granite Bay, Calif. for $1.265 million.
Built in 1995, the Traditional-style house sits back from the street with walkways, formal landscaping and a courtyard entry. A covered patio, a fountain feature and a swimming pool and spa done in mosaic tile are within grounds of more than half an acre.
Two floors of living space, with arched doorways and wood floors throughout, include step-up living and dining rooms, an eat-in kitchen and a wine cellar. A total of three fireplaces are found in the family room, office and master bedroom.
In all, there are five bedrooms and five bathrooms in 4,891 square feet of space.
The house came to market in June for $1.3 million.

Malone, who coached the Sacramento Kings from 2013 until last December, paid $1.24 million for the home two years ago.
Jeffrey Anderson, Janet Hayden and Debrah Ann Johnson of Coldwell Banker were the listing agents. Zac Bacon of Windermere Granite Bay Realtors repped the buyer.
Malone, 44, was hired by the Nuggets in June and has piloted the team to a 8-13 record through 21 games. He has previously held assistant coaching positions with the New York Knicks, Cleveland Cavaliers and Golden State Warriors.
