The Pacific Palisades home once famously known as Rihanna’s rental is back on the market for $12.995 million.
The Contemporary house, built in 2009, features vast open spaces, 14-foot ceilings, walls of glass and some 11,000 square feet of living space. The expansive master suite has a double-sided fireplace between the sleeping and lounging area. There are seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms.
Other living areas include a bar, a den, a breakfast room, a media room, an office and a cabana near the swimming pool, which has fountain-esque water jets.
Mature oaks and sycamores dot the three-quarters of an acre site.
Grammy-winning Rihanna, 26, ranks among the best-selling artists of all-time with such hits as “Disturbia,” “We Found Love” and “Umbrella.”
The house came on the market earlier this year priced at $14.995 million. The listing history did not reflect what Rihanna paid for her stay at the residence, but published lease prices have included $65,000 and $100,000 a month.
Nadia Emelia and Valerie Fitzgerald of Coldwell Banker and Bachir Oueida of Nelson Shelton & Associates are the listing agents.
