The premiere, “Winter,” sees Rory Gilmore (Alexis Bledel) pleased that she published an article in the New Yorker magazine; Lorelai (Lauren Graham) seeking a new chef for her inn; and Emily (Kelly Bishop) in mourning. 8 p.m. CW
