Coffee, tea … or Christina Ricci? The “Addams Family” and “Ice Storm” actress joins the jet set as a stewardess — yes, before they became flight attendants, they were called stewardesses — in the stylish new 1960s-set drama “Pan Am.” (ABC, 10 p.m.)

MONDAY

Have you ever been to Jurassic Park? Sure, they’ve got dinosaurs there, but they’re just clones. If you want to see the real thing, you need to travel back in time to “Terra Nova” (above) in this futuristic/prehistoric adventure series from Steven Spielberg. (Fox, 8 p.m.)

TUESDAY

Post-Sept. 11 sensitivities, freedom of religion, partisan politics, the blogosphere and the 24-hour news cycle are among the many factors considered when “Frontline” revisits the controversy surrounding the so-called ground zero mosque. (KOCE, 9 p.m.)

WEDNESDAY

On March 11, a massive earthquake off the coast of Japan launched a deadly tsunami that swept away entire villages and towns. Now, some of the survivors offer their stories — illustrated by little-seen video footage — on “Nova.” (KOCE, 9 and 10 p.m.)

THURSDAY

Got up. Shuffled to the kitchen. Scooped some grounds into the French press. Added boiling water. Waited, impatiently, for that first consciousness-restoring cup. That’s “The Coffee Addiction,” a condition explored in this new special. (6, 7, 9 and 10 p.m. CNBC)

FRIDAY

Hugh Laurie is not a doctor; he just plays one on “House.” But the British-born actor is a musician, and he shares his love of New Orleans-style jazz and blues while sharing the stage with Allen Toussaint, Irma Thomas, Tom Jones and Dr. John — also not a real doctor — on a new “Great Performances.” (KOCE, 9 p.m.)

SATURDAY

Natalie Portman (below) put the prima in prima ballerina with her Oscar-winning turn in “Black Swan,” director Darren Aronofsky’s dark, disturbing 2010 mash-up of backstage melodrama and psychological thriller. Mila Kunis also stars. (Cinemax, 10 p.m.)
