Kitchen Nightmares A Cajun restaurant in Mississippi that was destroyed by Hurricane Katrina and relocated to Nashville is chef Gordon Ramsay’s latest project. 8 p.m. Fox
Happy Endings Jane (Eliza Coupe) tries to plan the perfect wedding for her older sister (Stephanie March) in the season finale. 8:30 p.m. ABC
Vegas Sheriff Lamb (Dennis Quaid) investigates the death of an attorney and uncovers new details about his wife’s death in this new episode. 9 p.m. CBS
Great Performances The new episode “The Paul Taylor Dance Company in Paris” presents two of Taylor’s enduring masterworks: “Brandenburgs,” first performed in 1988 to music from Bach’s Brandenburg Concertos Nos. 3 and 6, and his 2008 ballet “Beloved Renegade,” set to Francis Poulenc’s “Gloria” and inspired by the life and work of poet Walt Whitman. 9 p.m. KOCE
Blue Bloods Danny (Donnie Wahlberg) is upset when a woman he promised to help commits suicide in this new episode. 10 p.m. CBS
Maron Podcasting comedian Marc Maron gets a new series about a comedian podcaster. Dave Foley guest stars in the premiere. 10 p.m. IFC
