It turns out fans haven’t seen the last of Joan Rivers.
The comedian, who died on Sept. 4 at 81, will be back on network TV soon when the new season of “Celebrity Apprentice” returns to NBC.
“Celebrity Apprentice” host Donald Trump talked to Extra on Tuesday about his friend Rivers’ final appearance on the show’s 14th season, which hasn’t set a return date yet.
“We just finished shooting Season 14, and Joan is a big part of two of the episodes,” Trump said. “I mean a big part, and she was fantastic.”
Rivers had a long association with the boardroom competition reality series. She was the winner of the show’s second season in 2009, raising over half a million dollars for the charity God’s Love We Deliver. She returned to the show several times as a boardroom advisor.
Trump was one of the many celebrities present at Rivers’ funeral in New York on Sunday.
