Ashley Olsen sells 1926 Hancock Park home

Actress Ashley Olsen has sold her Hancock Park home for $1,399,000.
The 1926 Spanish-style house has a wood-beam ceiling and fireplace in the living room, an arched doorway leading to the formal dining room and a second-story balcony with a period tile staircase. There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms in 2,322 square feet. French doors open to a covered patio and a yard, which has a tiled pool with a spa.
Olsen, 23, starred in the sitcom “Full House” (1987-95), playing the same character with her fraternal twin, Mary-Kate Olsen, starting at the age of 6 months. They moved on to video movies and other television shows, including “Two of a Kind” (1998-99) and “So Little Time” (2001-02).
Public records show she bought the property in 2007 for $1,575,000.
The listing agent was Joan Duffy of Ewing & Associates, Sotheby’s International Realty, Sherman Oaks, and Anthony Stellini of Nourmand & Associates, Beverly Hills, represented the buyer, according to the Multiple Listing Service.
