Update: Writer David Litt (“The King of Queens”) may be able to work the trials of remodeling and home selling into his sitcoms now. Litt has sold his Hollywood Hills house for $1.95 million after less than two months on the market.
He had listed it at $2,025,000 after totally redoing the 1963 home, which he bought in 2007 for $1.1 million, according to public records. The resulting wood, stone and glass home has three bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms in 2,440 square feet.
Michael Cohen of Pinnacle Estate Properties in Encino was the listing agent.
