Reader Photo: Mid-jump at Mt. Rubidoux

Last week Thomas Forman joined a gathering of Instagram users -- otherwise known as an Instameet -- at the Mt. Rubidoux hiking trail in Riverside.
During the session, Forman caught this man in mid-jump.
“The rock he was jumping onto was 50 feet above any other rock,” the 14-year-old photographer said. “I chose this angle because the sun was right behind him, which made him stand out more.”
The image was taken with a Canon t3i.
