* Harbor Boulevard: A commercial burglary was reported in the
2400 block at 3:49 p.m. Thursday.
* Harbor Boulevard: A man was arrested on suspicion of being in
possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia, being under
the influence of a substance and resisting an officer in the 2200
block at 5:47 p.m. Saturday.
* Harvard: Two 21-year-old men were arrested on suspicion of
conspiracy to commit a crime, vandalism, in the 19000 block at 1:50
a.m. Friday.
* West 19th Street: A woman was arrested on suspicion of drinking
in public in the 700 block at 3:50 p.m. Saturday.
* West Baker Street and Fairview Road: Narcotics activity,
selling and transporting, was reported at 4:17 p.m. Thursday.

* Coast Highway West and Dover Drive: Reckless driving was
