Baseball: Shortstop Sam Shaikin commits to Valparaiso

All-City shortstop Sam Shaikin of Chatsworth has committed to Valparaiso.
Shaikin will be a four-year varsity player for the Chancellors.
Chatsworth lost in last year’s City Section Division I final to Birmingham at Dodger Stadium.
