Boys’ basketball: Chris Paul drops by to watch Buckley playoff game

It’s the NBA All-Star break, so Clippers guard Chris Paul decided to head to Sherman Oaks on Wednesday night and watch Buckley in its first-round 4A playoff game.
Buckley has several outstanding young players, and the Griffins cruised to a 73-29 win over Nordhoff.
Buckley Coach Mike Hamilton said Paul stayed the entire game and spoke to the team afterward, offering suggestions on areas to improve on.
Buckley went 20-5 in the regular season.
