Update: The Los Angeles Blues have won two games to advance this far in the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup, while the Galaxy enter play in the third round. Four current Blues players once suited up for the Galaxy: Israel Sesay, Mike Randolph, Josh Tudela and Leonard Griffin. Sesay scored the Blues’ only goal in their victory over the Ventura County Fusion on June 21. The winner of this match will advance to the Open Cup quarterfinals.
