Legendary outfielder Frank Robinson left the Lakers-Boston Celtics game after experiencing dizziness and feeling faint Sunday at Staples Center.
Robinson, 76, received unspecified medical attention at the game but did not go to a hospital and was resting comfortably in his Los Angeles-area home after leaving the game, according to a Staples Center spokesman.
Robinson played most of his baseball career with Cincinnati and Baltimore. He also played for the Dodgers (1972) and California Angels (1973-74).
He won the Triple Crown in 1966 with Baltimore and hit 586 career home runs. He was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1982.
The Lakers beat Boston, 97-94.
