UCLA basketball: Bruins pick up forward Wanaah Bail

Wanaah Bail, a 6-foot-9 forward from Texas Tech, will attend UCLA. He signed a grant-in-aid with the Bruins this week.

Bail signed with Texas Tech and enrolled in school last summer but left schiool before fall practice began. It was reported that he had a rocky relationship with Texas Tech basketball coach Billy Gillispie, who resigned before the season began.

Whether Bail will be eligible to play this season is undetermined, according to a UCLA news release.
