Gear: The Klingg helps keep your earphone cable stable
- Share via
How do you keep those little headphones in place while you’re on the go? Here’s a cool new way.
The Klingg Earphone Magnet is a small (1.3 by .87 inches) two-piece wearable magnetic system that really gets a hold on you — or rather your clothing.
The front piece, worn on the outside of clothing, has a vertical slot into which you press the headphone cable. The back piece, worn inside the clothing, holds the front piece in place with powerful magnets on both pieces.
Although the magnets will not affect smartphones or other solid state drives, they can damage hard drive disks on computers and magnetic strips on credit cards if too close to them. If you have a pacemaker, the Klingg is not for you.
Klingg Earphone Magnet costs about $20.
